Business Mechanism

1. In every community, there will be only one seller of each type of product.
Example: Suppose a community has 10 sellers — if 8 of them sell different products but 2 of them sell the same type of product (e.g., both sell clothes), then that will not be allowed. In such a case, the website management team will move those two clothing sellers to two separate communities.

2. It is the responsibility of the website management team to ensure that there is only one seller of each product type in every community.

3. All the sellers within a community will buy and sell products among themselves.
For example, if sellers A, B, C, D, and E belong to one community —

A sells clothes,

B sells phones,

C sells shoes,

D sells groceries, and

E sells cosmetics —

then B may buy shoes from C, and D may buy a phone from B, and so on.
Each seller must purchase products worth at least 10% of their total sales amount from other sellers within the same community.

If a seller makes no sales within a year, they will not need to renew their subscription manually — the website will automatically renew it for free for the next year.

4. All these records will be saved as a PDF file on the right side of that community’s page.
Anyone can click on the file at any time to download and view it.
The file will show complete business records — who bought and sold what, total transaction amounts, how much each seller needs to buy (10%), etc.
However, the file will only show transactions within the community.
Each seller’s external customer transactions (outside the community) will not be included — those they must manage on their own.

5. All buying and selling on the website will take place through phone calls or WhatsApp.
Buyers can view a product on the website and then contact the seller via phone or WhatsApp to place an order.

6. Each seller acts as their own delivery person.
Currently, the website does not have a home delivery system, but it will be introduced in the future.

7. The website also has a referral system.
If any seller subscribes using your referral link, you will earn 50% commission from their subscription fee.
You can add as many sellers as you want — the more you add, the more you earn — because every seller is also a buyer here.

8. Conclusion: Our website unites all small local sellers living in the same area.
As a result, they will no longer face a shortage of customers — ensuring they achieve their minimum required income through this platform.
